Serenity Valley

Opening Soon · Happy Valley, Oregon

A place to find safety, structure, and the start of a healthier life.

We're building a residential community for adults facing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges — care that blends clinical expertise with real human connection, delivered without judgment and without losing the stability you've worked to build.

Our Mission

Compassionate, comprehensive care for every community

At Serenity Valley, our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality treatment for individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorder and co-occurring disorders. We are dedicated to offering accessible, affordable, and comprehensive care to underserved communities, ensuring that everyone receives top-notch support on their path to healing and long-term recovery.

Through evidence-based practices, personalized care, and a dedicated team of professionals, we empower individuals to reclaim their lives and build brighter futures.

What Makes Us Different

One community, every stage of care

Serenity Valley brings medically managed withdrawal, residential treatment, and co-occurring mental health and substance use care together in one supportive community. This allows individuals to receive care that addresses their needs as they change throughout treatment, without losing the relationships, routines, and sense of stability they have begun to build.

Our multidisciplinary team works together to understand the whole person and develop an individualized treatment plan based on their unique needs, strengths, and goals — from the first days of withdrawal management through residential treatment and preparation for the next stage of recovery.

Our Philosophy

Evidence-based care, grounded in connection

We blend evidence-based treatment with genuine human connection. Our approach is trauma-informed, person-centered, and highly individualized, grounded in physical and emotional safety, trust, respect, collaboration, and choice. Rather than asking "what is wrong with you," we seek to understand what has happened in your life, how it has affected you, and what you need from us to move forward.

Whenever possible, individuals are encouraged to have an active voice in their care, helping restore a sense of choice, confidence, and ownership over their recovery.

Why Serenity Valley Exists

A sanctuary for healing

Serenity Valley was created from a simple but deeply held belief: individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges deserve a place of sanctuary where they can feel safe, find hope, and begin to heal. We envisioned a supportive community where people are treated with dignity, compassion, and respect during what can be one of the most vulnerable times in their lives.
